Terms of service

These terms apply when you use RLPlugins. You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you are under the local age of majority, a parent or guardian must approve your use and purchases. Do not use the service if you do not accept these terms.

Discord is used for website and launcher identity. Keep that account secure and provide accurate information. Access is personal and may not be sold, lent, shared, or transferred. Contact support promptly if you believe your account or a launcher session has been compromised.

A purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the listed plugin through the managed launcher for the term shown at checkout. It does not transfer ownership of plugin code, media, or trademarks. The current compatible release can change as plugins and clients are updated.

The product, price, currency, access period, and payment provider shown at checkout form the order. Access is granted only after the backend confirms payment. Taxes or provider charges may apply. Rejected, reversed, refunded, or disputed payments can pause or revoke the corresponding access. The refund policy forms part of these terms.

You may not bypass access controls, extract or redistribute protected plugins, reverse engineer the service where law does not permit it, interfere with delivery, probe other accounts, submit malicious code, misuse support, automate abusive traffic, or use RLPlugins to violate law or third-party rights. You remain responsible for following the rules of RuneScape, RuneLite, and any game server you use.

Game updates, client changes, security issues, or publisher decisions can require a plugin update, temporary withdrawal, or retirement. We work to keep the managed stable channel available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of every plugin. Material changes to paid access will be handled fairly under the refund policy and applicable law.

We can restrict or close access where reasonably necessary for fraud, account sharing, chargeback abuse, security threats, prohibited use, legal compliance, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a route to contact support.

RLPlugins uses third-party identity, payment, hosting, and communication services governed by their own terms. RuneScape is a trademark of Jagex Ltd. RLPlugins is independent and is not affiliated with Jagex or the RuneLite project.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. RLPlugins is not responsible for game-account action, third-party outages, or losses caused by use outside the documented service. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
