No. RuneLite's Plugin Hub and RLPlugins are separate distribution systems. A plugin listed on RLPlugins is not automatically listed, reviewed or approved by RuneLite or Jagex. Read each plugin's description and the current game rules before using it.

Open the download page, sign in with Discord if needed, and download RLPlugins.jar. Open this small updater with Java 11 or newer; it updates and opens your launcher automatically.
